Palm Villas at State Affordable Housing Project Awarded $35.5M

Palm Communities and the City of Hemet were awarded an $35.5 million Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) grant for the Palm Villas at State, a transformative affordable housing project creating 157 affordable rental units with transit-oriented development and sustainable features that will transform downtown Hemet. BRC supported the grant effort by providing strategic outreach on the project that included planning, promoting and facilitating a hugely successful community meeting with Palm Communities, City of Hemet, and Riverside Transit Authority.
