BRC helps Ofland gain entitlements for Outdoor Resort in 29 Palms

BRC assisted Ofland Hospitality (formerly Yonder Hospitality) in building community support and gaining entitlements to build a new outdoor resort adjacent to Joshua Tree National Park in Twentynine Palms, California. Ofland takes it's name from the words "of the land" and is dedicated to having a nature-based ethos and commitment to low-impact development and design crafted toward showcasing the unique landscape of our national parks. BRC supported Ofland with government affairs, public relations, advertising, and website development services. Ofland was approved by the City of Twentynine Palms in July, 2025.
