AES Mountain View Wind Repower Project Approved

The AES Mountain View Wind Repower Project near Palm Springs in Riverside County received approval from the Riverside County Board of Supervisors on July 27, 2021. The project involved replacing older turbines with newer, more efficient models, increasing capacity, and was ultimately completed and became operational, supporting California's renewable energy goals. BRC supported AES throughout the entitlement process by leading community outreach and government affairs efforts with Riverside County. BRC was instrumental in helping AES secure timely approvals on permits and navigate complex negotiations with utilities.
